According to Hamlet Harutyunyan: "No one has the right to forbid
Robert Kocharyan from being engaged in something he prefers. It is
the Constitutional Right of not only Robert Kocharyan but also any
other RA citizen.
The country’s third President has already announced at the end of his
term of office that he is not planning to give up active life. His
capabilities, his service gives him complete right to be engaged in
active politics.
Moreover it will be a luxury for us if a person with so much experience
takes a passive role in the solution of the problems faced by our
country."
