The Armenian National Congress holds a mass-meeting near the
Matenadaran at 6:30 p.m. on September 15. The action is aimed at
restoring the constitutional order in the country.
Armenia’s First President Levon Ter-Petrossian is supposed to make
an addressing speech at the rally.
Note, the City Hall has sanctioned the rally.
