YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 19, NOYAN TAPAN. Her Britannic Majesty’s Embassy
presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the
Republic of Armenia and has the honour to forward the following message
from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II to His Excellency Serzh Sargsyan,
President of the Republic of Armenia.

The message reads:

on the celebration of your National Day, together with my best wishes
