Armenian Grand Master Levon Aronian beat Hikaru Nakamura of the United States in the 6th round of the Candidates Tournament in Moscow, and tied for the first place with Russia’s Sergey Karjakin.
Karjakin and Aronian have 4 points each, former world champion Viswanathan Anand comes second with 3.5 points.
The seventh round is scheduled for Sunday, March 19.
