ARMENIA NOT TAKING PART IN "FESTIVAL OF TOURISTIC FILMS"

Armenia should become tourism center in region…. But nobody takes
part in the festivals devoted to the development of tourism.
Armenia should become tourism center…. But nothing is being done
in this regard.
On 8-9 October Karlov Vari, Czech Republic, a festival of tourism films
will be conducted and Armenia could participate in it. Currently it
is late to send any application as the deadlines are missed.
Panorama.am asked the Ministry of Culture to comment on the fact
and we have been informed that the Ministry has spread leaflets via
various sources and has published about it in the official web site
but no echo has been received.
Panorama.am has turned to "Azd production" to find out whether they
knew about the festival. The founder of the company, producer Hayk
Harutyunyan said that they were unaware of the festival otherwise
they will send a film to take part in the festival.
Hayk Harutyunyan said that more than 10 films are produced on Armenia
both by the current production and other productions.
