ARMENIAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS NOMINAL COUPON BONDS ISSUED BY "TONTON INVESTMENT"

YEREVAN, September 29. /ARKA/. On September 24, Armenian Stock Exchange
(Armex) listed nominal coupon bonds issued by TONTON Investment LLC
(Armex: TNTNB1). A total of 5,000 bonds with nominal value of AMD
50,000, maturity 12 months, and annual coupon yield of 11% were
included in the exchange’s Bbond list, Marketing and Communications
Department of NASDAQ OMX.

TONTON Investment LLC is one of the oldest brokerage companies in
Armenia and has been a member of Armex since December 2000. The
company offers securities and foreign currency brokerage services;
securities custody; trust management of government securities;
securities underwriting, as well as financial consulting services.

In January 2008, Swedish exchange operator OMX Group acquired 100%
of shares of the Armenian Stock Exchange (Armex) and the Central
Depository of Armenia (CDA). After the combination of NASDAQ and OMX
in March 2008, NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. became the full owner of Armex
