YEREVAN, October 23. /ARKA/. The VTB (Armenia) Bank says Armenian
ex-premier Hrant Bagratyan has blackmailed the bank in his latest
publications and cast a shade on its leadership.
VTB Armenia says it will take necessary measures to protect its rights
and interests by calling Bagratyan to account.
