AZERBAIJANI, ARMENIAN PRESIDENTS MEET IN MOSCOW, RUSSIA

On November 2, a meeting between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan was held at the Mayendorf residence
of the Russian President in Moscow.

Following the bilateral meeting, the talks were continued in the
presence of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.

After that, the three leaders were joined by the Ministers of Foreign
Affairs of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia.

The meeting resulted in a Declaration signed by Presidents Ilham
Aliyev, Serzh Sargsyan and Dmitry Medvedev in the presence of the
OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs.

The President of the Russian Federation acquainted journalists with
the text of the Declaration.
