CONTENTS OF ARMENIAN-CAPTURED AZERBAIJANI SOLDIER’S LETTER PUBLICIZED

Aghdam. Teimour Zahidoglu-APA. The letter of Armenian-captured
Azerbaijani soldier Rafig Rahman Hasanov has today been delivered to
his family, captive’s father Rahman Hasanov told APA Karabakh bureau.

The contents of the letter as follows:

"I am safe and sound. I am in good condition. Meet you soon. My best
regards to all relatives, as well as my uncles," said in the letter.

Officials of International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Office
in Armenia visited Armenian-captured Azerbaijani soldier Rafig Rahman
Hasanov on January 21.

ICRC officials familiarized themselves with his detention condition
and health. ICRC officials wrote a letter to captive’s family on
behalf of Hasanov, because the captive cannot write or read.

Rafig, 20, was captured by Armenian servicemen in the contact line
near Gazakh Region on October 8, 2008.
