SARGSYAN-ERDOGAN MEETING TAKES PLACE IN DAVOS

DAVOS, JANUARY 30, NOYAN TAPAN. A meeting between RA President Serzh
Sargsyan and Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan took place
within the framework of Davos World Economic Forum.

According to Turkish media reports, the meeting lasted nearly 20
minutes. No other details are reported for the present.

According to some information, during another discussion yesterday
in Davos Tayyip Erdogan announced the necessity to take bold steps
by the sides in the direction of normalizing the relations between
Armenia and Turkey and added: "However, it would be a pity if these
steps were sacrificed for Diaspora’s activity."
