EU MAY OFFER EASTERN PARTNERSHIP TO RUSSIA

ENP, Ms. Benita Ferrero-Waldner said Russia may be offered the Eastern
Partnership along with Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine
and Belarus.
"The Eastern Partnership is our reaction to the aspiration of our
neighboring countries to establish closer ties with Europe," she said.
