ANTI-CRISIS FUND WITH CAPITAL OF 10BN USD TO BE CREATED BY DECISION OF EURASEC INTERSTATE COUNCIL

MOSCOW, FEBRUARY 5, NOYAN TAPAN. After the sitting of the Collective
Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Collective Security Council
RA President Serzh Sargsyan took part in the proceedings of the
Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC) Interstate Council special
sitting in Moscow.
According to the RA President’s Press Office, the negotiations
proceeded at the level of heads of states, then continued in an
enlarged staff.
The decisions of creating an Anti-crisis Fund with a capital of 10bn
USD, as well as founding a Higher Technologies International Center
were discussed at the EurAsEC Interstate Council sitting and signed
by the members states’ heads.
It should be mentioned that Armenia has the status of an observer
in EurAsEC.
