Karabakh conflict
To the question of ITAR-TASS news agency, "How will you comment on the
"Hurriet" newspaper news about an agreement on a solution plan for the
Karabakh conflict?" Head of the Department for Mass Media Relations
of RA FM press service Tigran Balayan answered, "The negotiations of
Karabakh issue are not conducted under Turkish mediation. Armenian
Foreign Minster Edward Nalbandian mentioned repeatedly that the
negotiations of Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement are conducted
under the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs on the basis
of Madrid Principles".
