Lavrov: ‘The document’ about of weapon to Armenia by Russia is false

ArmInfo. ‘The document’ that appeared in Azerbaijani mass media that
allegedly Russia transferred a big lot of weapon to Armenia, is false,
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said after the talks with his
Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov.

‘Russia is implementing the military and technical cooperation with
many countries but does not break any international obligation or its
legislation, and does not let any destabilizing delivery to any region.
We cooperate with Azerbaijan as well as with Armenia on these
principles. As for the rush risen around ‘the document’ appeared in the
Azerbaijani mass media, it has been mentioned many times, it is false’,
– Lavrov said, as Russian mass media reported.
