announcement detailing that NKR conflict settlement issue does not
determine normalization of Turkish-Armenian ties, and Karabakh will not
be discussed in negotiations with Turkey," Masis Mayilyan NKR Foreign
and Security Policy Council Chairman told PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

"Our neighbors are once again trying to pass the desirable for
reality. Humorous approach should be taken on such misinformation. Some
commercially talented person in Baku surpassed himself in his
fantasies. Without participating in the deal between two parties,
Armenia and Turkey, the Azeri tried to get territories, falling under
NKR jurisdiction, for Azerbaijan," Mailyan said commenting on Azeri
media-circulated information that Armenian-Turkish border wont be
opened until NKR conflict is settled.
