"During the 50 years of construction activity we have had to overcome
more than ten most complex economic situations, but the current
global crisis is the hardest one," Diaspora Armenian businessman
Vahagn Hovnanyan told a press conference today.

Speaking about the anti-crisis steps taken by the Armenian Government,
Vahagn Hovnanyan noted: "Today the government should be as cautious
as the most captious businessman. Such situations often provide new
opportunities, which can be used both positively and negatively."

Turning to the perspectives of opening of the Armenian-Turkish border,
the businessman said: "Of course, doors should be open, but even in
this case there are too many concerns."
