The possibility of next meeting between Azerbaijani and Armenian
presidents Ilham Aliyev and Serzh Sargsyan testifies to certain
progress in talks, Minks Group U.S. co-chair Matthew Bryza told
Trend News.

"There would be little sense in another meeting unless there had been
some progress in St. Petersburg," Bryza said.

Bryza said the next meeting could be in Russia.

"The next meeting can take place in Russia. Timing of the next meeting
remains unclear," he said.

Bryza noted, however, that the next meeting would not overlap with U.S.

President Barack Obama’s visit to Moscow.

"I do not think the Presidents will meet during President Obama’s
Moscow visit," Bryza said.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
