ARMENIAN, GEORGIAN PRESIDENTS TO HAVE HEART-TO-HEART TALK

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Georgian President Mikhaeil Saakashvili and his
spouse Sandra Roelofs will arrive in Yerevan on June 24 on invitation
of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.

After a reception in the presidential premises, the two leaders will
hold a tete-a-tete meeting. The meeting will be followed by expanded
talks. Then, the President will render a joint press conference.

Mr. Saakashvili is also expected to meet with Armenian Prime Minister
Tigran Sargsyan.

He will also lay a wreath to Armenian Genocide Memorial and meet with
teaching staff and students of Yerevan State University.

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan was in Georgia on September 30,
2008. A meeting with his Georgian counterpart Mikheil Saakashvili
behind closed doors was followed by expanded talks.

President Sargsyan met with parliament speaker David Bakradze. He
laid a wreath to the memorial in Heroes’ Square and met with students
and teaching staff of Tbilisi State University. Besides, he met with
representatives of the Armenian community of Georgia.

Sargsyan and Saakashvili also took part in the ceremony of laying of
the foundation stone of the monument to Sayat-Nova, the Armenian poet
who wrote verse in Armenian, Georgian, Azerbaijani and Farsi.
