Strasbourg. Fuad Gulubayli – APA. Terry Davis held the last press
conference in capacity of the Secretary General of the Council of
Europe, APA’s Europe bureau reports.
The Secretary General took a stance on the state of democratic
institutions in Armenia.
"The work done in Armenia after March 2 is not enough. There still
are unsolved issues. No one has been detained or held accountable over
the death facts during March 2 happenings. Of course, I am concerned
over the impunity. Investigation is being carried out, but it can
not replace the investigation carried out by the police," he said.
