ARA SAGHATELYAN: ARMENIA NOT LOOSING IN THE INFORMATION WAR

"Armenia is not loosing in the information war," President of the
Armenian Public Relations Association Ara Saghatelyan told a press
conference today. According to him, some experts in Azerbaijan insist
on the opposite: it’s Azerbaijan that is losing.
He declared also that the information policy of our country will get
more coordinated soon: the information security doctrine will come into
force with President Serzh Sargsyan’s executive order. According to
the same order, the Government will be instructed to create a legal
basis for solving the issues incorporates in the doctrine.
"The doctrine will become the basis on which the state information
policy will be constructed. It will provide an opportunity to express
the position of Armenia on this or that issue and satisfy the curiosity
of citizens," Ara Saghatelyan said and added: "It’s not a beautiful
political document. You’ll see the result in 2-3 months."
