BRANDY PRODUCTION IN ARMENIA IN JAN-JUNE 2009 REDUCED ALMOST TWOFOLD

ArmInfo. Brandy production in Armenia in Jan-June 2009 has reduced by
47,7% – to 3161 thsd liters if compared with the same period of 2008,
the report of Armenian National Statistics Service says.

It also says that production of liquor and vodka reduced by 4,8%
– to 4378.7 thsd liters. Wine production has grown by 3,4% – to
1250.8 thsd liters, champaign production – by 4% – up to 64,3 thsd
liters. Beer production reduced by 10,9%- to 3137,5 thsd liters.
