ARONYAN IS BEHIND THE LEADERS OF JERMUK GRAND PRIX WITH ONLY HALF POINT

YEREVAN, AUGUST 21, ARMENPRESS: Grand master Levon Aronyan beat Russian
Dmitry Yakovenko in the 10th round of the Grand Prix in Jermuk and
having 6 points is behind the leaders of the championship with only
half point. The leaders Ukrainian Vassili Ivanchuk, Uzbek Rustam
Ghasimjanov and Hungarian Peter Leko have 6,5 points.

Aronyan and Russian Yevgeni Alexeev have 6 points. With additional
standards Aronyan is on the 4th place and Alexeev is the fifth.

Grand master Vladimir Hakobyan played draw in the 10th round and
having 4 points occupies the 11th place.
