No Hard Currency Deals Conducted At NASDAQ OMX For Three Days

NO HARD CURRENCY DEALS CONDUCTED AT NASDAQ OMX FOR THREE DAYS

YEREVAN, August 26. No hard currency purchase and sale transactions
were conducted at NASDAQ OMX Armenia (Armenian Stock Exchange) for
three consecutive days on August 24-26.

According to a report by NASDAQ OMX, the latest hard currency deal was
registered on August 21. On that day the average weighted exchange
rate of one U.S. Dollar dropped by 2.75 points against the previous
day to 374.5 Drams.

On August 21 only one transaction in U.S. Dollar was conducted in
the amount of $50,000. No transactions in Euros were conducted. No
hard currency deals had been conducted also on August 3 and 10.

On August 26 the average weighted exchange rate of one U.S. Dollar
was 375.83 Drams, one Euro traded at 538.11 Drams.
