Baku. Viktoria Dementieva – APA. "Territorial integrity and
sovereignty are very important for every state. This problem
should be solved within the framework of the international law,"
president of the Czech Senate Premysl Sobotka told journalists in
Baku, APA reports. Commenting on Czechia’s position on the Nagorno
Karabakh conflict Sobotka said his country will insist on solving
this problem within the framework of the international law. He said
Czechia is interested in buying energy resources from Azerbaijan and
the business forum in Baku will give an impetus to the development
of the cooperation between the two countries.

"The delegation includes deputy ministers of finance and industry
and 45 businessmen," he said.

Sobotka said cooperation will be discussed within the framework of
the Eastern Partnership program and noted that the program is realized
during Czechia’s chairmanship.

"We will do our best to improve this program," he said.

Sobotka regretted that the US scrapped the missile defense plans.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
