SERZH SARGSYAN ADDRESSES CONGRADULATORY MESSAGE TO NIKOLAY RYZHKOV ON HIS 80TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 29, NOYAN TAPAN. RA President Serzh Sargsyan has
addressed a congratulatory message to RA National Hero Nikolay Ryzhkov
on the 80th anniversary of his birth. According to the RA President’s
Press Service, the address read:
"Dear Mr Rizhkov,
"Accept my cordial greetings on the occasion of your birthday,
I sincerely wish you health, welfare and good luck.
During your long-term public activity you demonstrated your brilliant,
distinctive professional and human qualities of a flexible politician,
highly skilled professional, shrewd analyst, creative leader and
skilful organizer. These qualities which have always served for the
profits of Russia and its relatives favored you with respect and
reputation not only in the Russian state and society but also abroad.
It is pleasant to realize that you have always showed great attention
to Armenia, accepted its problems as yours and did a lot to help and
support Armenia and its people. And now, your activity is aimed at
the comprehensive development and strengthening of Russian-Armenian
interstate relations, to the benefit of our countries and their people.
Dear Mr Rizhkov, I wish you a long life and happiness. May fortune
always accompany you and spirit of mind be always on your way towards
serving the state, society and people."
