ARMENIAN CABINET APPROVES 2010 STATE PROJECT OF BUDGET

YEREVAN, September 28. /ARKA/. Armenian cabinet ministers approved
the 2010 project of state budget on Monday.

Finance Minister Tigran Davtyan, presenting the budget, said that
revenue is planned to total AMD 701.7 billion and expenses AMD 884.7
billion in 2010.

The 2010 state budget deficit is planned at AMD 183 billion.

Armenian communities’ budgets will amount to 82.3 billion the next
year.

Davtyan said that the state budget revenue would amount to AMD 676.6
billion without communities’ budgets, expenditure AMD 859.6 billion
and deficit AMD 183 billion.

The minister said that the government expects AMD 533 billion tax
inflow.

Of this amount, 105.2 billion will came to the budget as binding
social payments and AMD 15 billion in official grants.

Economic growth is expected to be 1.3% in 2010.

In the 2009 state budget approved by National Assembly on November 27,
2008, revenue was planned at AMD 905.4 billion, expenditure AMD 945.4
billion and deficit 40 billion.

Tax and customs receipts were planned to total AMD 727.5 billion in
2009, GDP was planned at AMD 4 trillion 169 billion, real GDP growth
9.2%, deflator 4%, inflation 4±1.5%.
