The Diaspora Ministry Is Planning To Organize All-Armenian Business

THE DIASPORA MINISTRY IS PLANNING TO ORGANIZE ALL-ARMENIAN BUSINESS FORUM IN ARMENIA

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 30, ARMENPRESS: The Diaspora Ministry is planning
to organize All-Armenian business forum in Armenia. Minister Hranush
Hakobyan said today at a press conference that the accent will be
made on the businessmen who live or make investments in Armenia.

"We want to understand what issues and difficulties they have in the
legal system and how we can help them. We must support them as we
can," Hranush Hakobyan said. With that aim the ministry developed a
manual in which Armenia’s legislations has been analyzed. It will be
useful for any person making investments in Armenia. The Armenian and
English variants of the manual are ready and will soon be published.

During the running year the Diaspora Ministry conducted 2 specialized
All-Armenian conferences – architects and lawyers. H. Hakobyan said
that organization of conferences is not an end in itself, a serious
work is expected after it as well. After the mentioned conferences
specialized associations have been created for which the ministry is
building internet networks for a joint working environment. Through
this the world spread Armenians may freely contact and cooperate with
each other. The network of Armenian architects is already functioning
and through it "Armenian Architects’ Association" is involved in a
number of projects.

The biggest of it is the works connected with Armenia’s participation
in "Shanghai Expo 2010" big international exhibition which will take
place in China in 2010.

More than 50 big international organizations from 192 countries will
participate in the event. Armenia will present "World’s City" project
which will show a contemporary city with districts each presenting
architectural peculiarities and styles of different peoples of the
world. The project of district of each country will be presented by
Armenian architects living there. In Armenia that town is expected
to be build in future in Ararat valley.
