54.094 BLN DRAMS FOR HEALTHCARE FROM STATE BUDGET 2010

ArmInfo. The total of 54.094 bln drams will be allocated for healthcare
from the Armenian state budget 2010. Another 1 bln drams will be
spent for the salary of Armenian Healthcare Ministry employees,
Armenian Deputy Finance Minister Pavel Safaryan said the National
Assembly today.

The mentioned 54,094 bln drams are by 1,263 bln less than the
expected indicator of 2009. The average salary of the healthcare
sphere employees will amount to 66 thsd drams.

The financing volume within the frames of the World Bank programme
‘Upgrading of healthcare system’ will amount to 178,6 mln drams, and
3,756 bln drams within the frames of the second programme on upgrading
of the healthcare system of the WB. The third programme of the WB will
amount to 68,4 mln drams, and the WB programme on fighting bird flu –
156 mln drams.
