YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 17, NOYAN TAPAN. On November 17, RA President Serzh
Sargsyan sent a telegram of condolence to Soviet Union Hero Suren
Sargsian’s family and relatives on the occasion of the latter’s death.
According to RA President’s Press Office, Suren Sargsian was the last
of the 103 Soviet Union Heroes residing in Armenia.
