RA PRIME MINISTER MEETS WITH IFAD PRESIDENT IN ITALY

ROME, NOVEMBER 18, NOYAN TAPAN. RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsian
within the framework of his visit to Italy, on November 17, met
with Kanayo F. Nwanze, the President of the International Fund
for Agricultural Development (IFAD). T. Sargsian congratulating
organization’s President on the occasion of assuming his post also
thanked him for IFAD’s activity and its attentive attitude to Armenia.
Kanayo F. Nwanze, in his turn, said that Armenia is one of the best
examples in the respect of successful implementation of programs.
According to the RA government Information and Public Relations
Department, programs implemented by IFAD in Armenia and possibilities
of their expansion were also discussed at the meeting.
The delegation led by the RA Prime Minister returned to Yerevan late
in the November 17 evening.
