PETERSBURG TO HOST MEETING OF EXPERT AND CONSULTATIVE COUNCIL UNDER CSTO PARLIAMENTARY ASSEMBLY

ArmInfo. St. Petersburg will host the meeting of the Expert and
Consultative Council under the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly on
Wednesday.
CSTO International Public Center for Information Support office
in Armenia reported the agenda of the meeting contains draft
recommendation to bring the legislations of CSTO member-states in
harmony to fight illegal migration and promote military and technical
cooperation, improve legislation on state secrecy and field couriers.
The experts will discuss harmonization of the criminal legislation as
well as formation of single lists of narcotic, psychotropic substances
and their precursors as well as the Concept on rapprochement and
harmonization of the CSTO legislation in the sphere of collective
security. The experts will also discuss creation of the Working Group
of the Expert and Consultative Council to develop recommendation on
legislative support of the status of servicemen of the CSTO Collective
Rapid Deployment Force.
