`Sofia’ shopping mall opens in Stepanakert
On 19 December President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako
Sahakyan partook at a solemn ceremony of opening a `Sofia’ shopping
mall constructed by the `Four Directions’ company in capital
Stepanakert, central information department of the office of the NKR
president informs.
The President underlined the important role of private business in the
development of economy, especially the service sector and noted that
the `Four Directions’ company set a good pattern for stimulating
investments in Artsakh.
