ARMENIA’S FM: NO FINAL AGREEMENT POSSIBLE WITHOUT NKR PARTICIPATION

Nagorno-Karabakh settlement talks cannot reach a final agreement
without participation of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Armenia’s FM
Edward Nalbandian told the National Assembly today.

Note that Azerbaijan rejected any mentioning of Nagorno-Karabakh
participation in the preamble of the possible document reached at
trilateral Sochi meeting.

"What Azerbaijani do once again demonstrates their destructive
approach," Nalbandian said and highlighted that the OSCE MG co-chairing
states understand Armenia’s disposition over NKR participation.
