PROTOCOLS ARE IN THE NA

Serge Sargsyan, as stated in London, today sent the Armenian and
Turkish protocols to the National Assembly to start the ratification
process. The issue will be presented at the National Assembly by the
foreign minister Edward Nalbandyan. The NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan
is to put the protocols into circulation within two days.
