SAUDABAYEV HANDS OVER KAZAKH PRESIDENT’S NAGORNO-KARABAKH PROPOSALS TO ALIYEV

OSCE Chairperson-in-Office and Kazakhstan’s Foreign Minister, Kanat
Saudabayev, passed on proposals developed by Kazakhstan’s President
Nursultan Nazarbayev on measures in resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh
conflict to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, reports the news site
Kazakhstan Today.

During his official visit to Azerbaijan, Saudabayev stated that
Nazarbayev, in 1991, along with then-president of Russia Boris Yeltsin,
was directly involved in the negotiations and, till today, pays close
attention to that issue.
