In Rancho Mirage, in California took place an evening of professional
box, where Vic Darchinyan defended his title of the world champion in
the light weight category of WBC and WBA. The rival of the Armenian
boxer was the Mexican Rodrigo Herrero.

Vic Darchinyan didn’t manage to end the fight earlier. The all the 12
rounds the rivals passed on the ring. Vic Darchinyan was recognized
the winner unanimously, 117:111, 118:110 and 120:108.
