PRICE OF PETROL IN ARMENIA OFFICIALLY ROSE

As was to be expected, the price of petrol rose by 10 AMD in Armenia
yesterday. As previously reported, Mushegh Elchyan, Deputy Director
of Flash LLC, one of the largest importers of petrol and diesel in
Armenia, had informed media that the prices would be raised since
the price of fuel in the global market had risen.
The RA State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition
press secretary Armine Udumyan also stated that the committee has
registered the rise of petrol prices in the market and based on market
fluctuations as well as suppliers’ approach, the committee will take
the necessary corresponding steps.
