NO WINNERS AND LOSERS IN THE ARMENIAN-TURKISH AND ARMENIAN-AZERBAIJANI RELATIONS

There are no winners and losers in the Armenian-Turkish and
Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, political scientist Sergey Shakaryants
told a press conference today.
Shakaryants views the Karabakh process and the Armenian-Turkish
normalization as small components in the regional game of the
superpowers, the US and Russia. The political scientist says the
European Union does not participate in the game and advises not to
underestimate the influence of Iran.
As for the Karabakh issue, Sergey Shakarynants said the probability
of resumption of war was small, at least during 2010.
