MONT SUBSIDIARY OPENS IN ARMENIA

YEREVAN, MARCH 30, ARMENPRESS: MONT, one of the largest software
distributors in Russia and CIS countries, opened today its subsidiary
in Yerevan.

Ruben Yesayan, head of MONT’s representative office in Armenia,
told Armenpress that MONT will deliver box products of Microsoft,
Symantec, Abby, ADOBE, ESET and Kaspersky Lab. He said MONT’s
representative office in Armenia will apply the main principles of
MONT’s corporative business and will provide maximal convenience
to his partners. He mentioned that MONT will carry out seminars on
training its partners regularly.

Ivan Yermakov, MONT’s director on business development, emphasized
the importance of opening a subsidiary in Armenia and said Armenia is
gradually advancing in IT sphere. He expressed hope that the company
will share its wide experience and will contribute to the development
of IT sphere in Armenia.

RA Economy deputy Minister Ara Petrosyan expressed his gratitude to
the company for the decision of opening a subsidiary in Armenia and
said MONT will have its unique place in the Armenian IT sphere and
will play an important role in the further development of information
and telecommunications sphere.

Karen Vardanyan, executive director of the Union of Information
Technology Enterprises, Grigor Barseghyan, director of ‘Microsoft
Armenia’ and other representatives of IT sphere were present at the
opening ceremony of MONT’s representative office in Armenia

MONT dealers’ network involves more than 4000 organizations.

Subsidiaries of the company operate in 20 cities and towns of Russia,
as well as in Kiev (Ukraine), Almaty, Astana (Kazakhstan), Baku
(Azerbaijan) and Tbilisi (Georgia)
