Michele Flournoy on April 17. Minister of Defense said, "If the
Co-Chairmen of the Minsk OSCE Group don’t increase action on Armenian
aggressions, Azerbaijan will have to take other measues." According
to Azerbaijani media, they discussed the military political situation
in the South Caucasus and tension in Nagorny Karabagh region.
