In round nine of the FIDE Grand Prix among men, taking place in
Russia’s Astrakhan, Armenia’s Grand Master Vladimir Hakobian played in
draw against Ruslan Ponomaryev. Vladimir Hakobian played with black;
the set ended in draw by the 96th move; Hakobian scored half a point.
