"The advantage of the campaign of the upcoming parliamentary elections
is that the political forces and the candidates didn’t use it to insult
each other," independent expert David Gharabekyan told Panorama.am.
No anti-propaganda has been observed and during their meetings with
the people the candidates only focused on their programs and plans.
Remind that the Parliamentary Elections in Nagorno-Karabakh are due
