OMBUDSMAN STUDIES LEGITIMACY OF BOOTHS DISMANTLING PROCESS

Yerevan/Mediamax/. Human Rights Defender Karen Andreasyan is concerned
about the process of booths dismantlement in Yerevan.
The Ombudsman~Rs office is currently studying the legitimacy of the
process and demanding explanations from relevant competent bodies and
people dealing with the issue, Mediamax was informed in the Department
of Information and Public Relations of the Ombudsman~Rs Office.
Today, the Office’s employees had an alarm and they visited
Komitas-Papazyan crossroad, the place of the booths~R dismantlement,
and reported the details of the case to the Ombudsman. He will present
his assessments on the issue on August 16.
