Armenian president, Russian banker discuss ties

[Presenter over video of meeting] The dynamic development and reforms
of the Armenian banking system are creating an opportunity for
providing new services such as insurance, mortgage, leasing and
others, Armenian President Robert Kocharyan has said at a meeting with
the chairman of the Russian Vneshtorgbank [Foreign trade bank], Andrey
Kostin.

Kocharyan expressed his satisfaction with the cultural exchange
between Armenia and Russia implemented with Vneshtorgbank’s
assistance, in particular tours of Moscow’s Bolshoi Theatre in
Yerevan. Kostin said that he would continue his assistance in this
issue.
