NO CHANGE OF AUTHORITIES TILL FALL
There will be no change of authorities till September. On May 20-22 in
Tsakhkadzor in the seminar organized by the People’s Party Youth Committee
and the Swedish Left Party, Felix Khachatryan, member of the Justice bloc
represented it indirectly, «The major problem for us till fall is the
constitutional referendum… We will try to make the «No» to the referendum
a «No» to the President», announced Felix Khachatryan in front of the young
members of the Justice bloc.
The latter tried to represent several delicate points connected with the
referendum: first we must prevent the authorities from securing artificial
quorum. «No less than 1/3 of the people in the list must say «Yes» to the
constitution. That is, if we have 2 million 400 thousand electors today, at
least 800 thousand must say «Yes», said Mr. Khachatryan.
And for the authorities not to fraud quorum, all the electors must be sent
Reminding papers. «In the end we can collect the all the papers and say –
this much people did not come, how did it happen that so many people
participated? », this variant is offered by Felix Khachatryan in case of
frauding quorum by the authorities.
