Armenian foreign minister, OSCE mediators discuss Karabakh

Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan today met the co-chairmen of
the OSCE Minsk Group.

The sides discussed a number of issues related to the settlement of
the Nagornyy Karabakh conflict emerging from the Armenian and
Azerbaijani presidents’ meeting in Warsaw [on 15 May].

They also outlined details of the meeting which is planned to be held
between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Vardan
Oskanyan and Elmar Mammadyarov, with the mediation of the OSCE Minsk
Group co-chairmen in Paris on 18 June.

After the meeting, the Armenian foreign minister left on a working
visit to the USA, where he is scheduled to meet US Secretary of State
Condoleezza Rice and National Security Adviser Stephen Hadley.
