AKHALKALAKI ARMENIANS TURN TO GEORGIAN AUTHORITIES FOR HELP

Recently Akhalkalaki Armenians made a statement, calling for the
Georgian authorities to release the created tension that based on the
policy of the local administration that is determined in exiling
Armenians from the region. The Armenians expressed deep concern about
the case of illegally firing the headmaster of the Akhaltskha Armenian
school and appointing Robert Muradian, who isn’t respected by the
Armenian community, instead of him. The especially emphasized the
social-economic situation created in Samtskhe -Javakhk.
