World – Azerbaijani activists clash over Armenia;

Members of a pro-government youth group briefly clashed with opposition
activists in Azerbaijan yesterday, accusing them of co-operating with
Armenian agents.
Azerbaijan and Armenia fought a bloody six-year war over the disputed
ethnic Armenian enclave of Nagorno-Karabakh, over which Armenia now
has defacto control.
Tensions are high as the oil-rich country prepares for November
parliamentary elections.
