Six people from eight are present. The sitting of the legal committee of the Gyumri Council of Elders took place. Levon Barseghyan, member of the “Gala” faction, recorded a violation of the law, noting that the message addressed to the head of the government was not included in the agenda of the meeting, informing that 1700 children were deprived of the opportunity to attend a kindergarten in Gyumri, and ask for support from the Prime Minister

Intensive discussions started. Robert Asatryan, head of Gyumri municipality’s staff, said that the draft of the message could not find a place in the Committee on Legal Affairs, as the proposal to introduce a message to the Council of Elders’ agenda was not adopted at the Financial-Credit and Economic Commission meeting.
