Hrayr Tovmasyan: The current Constitution does not need to be changed

For the chairman of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan, the current Constitution does not need to be changed. If he again took upon the mission of writing the Constitution, then there would not be a single article he would have formulated differently.
